STEFAN FEUERSTEIN, FOUNDER
Stefan’s work earned recognition from Oprah Winfrey when she named him to her inaugural SuperSoul 100 list—a group of 100 “awakened leaders” using their gifts and voices to help elevate humanity.
He brings over two decades of leadership experience in humanitarian work.
Though originally headed for a career in finance, a year of volunteer service in Central America transformed both his direction and purpose. Since then, Stefan has led humanitarian programs across Honduras, Peru, and the United States—often in high-stakes environments shaped by poverty, violence, and migration. In these roles, he has overseen teams ranging from just a few staff members to more than four thousand. He has served in both nonprofit and private-sector organizations, always focused on practical, high-impact leadership.
The A-B-C Delegation framework presented in this book is the product of that experience. It’s not theoretical—it’s a proven system that Stefan has seen work with empirically trained aid workers and Ivy League–educated executives alike, by improving leadership and clarity.
Stefan was born in Washington, D.C., raised in Luxembourg, educated in England and Germany, and has spent over fifteen years of his professional career in Latin America. He brings a truly global perspective to leadership and service. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Warwick and a Master of Science in Development Administration and Planning from University College London (UCL).
